Call S&S as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Ask the office about the terms applicable to your appointment or approved project; this page does not create a new cancellation fee.
Comfort Priority Club
The club has a 12-month initial term. Early cancellation uses the standard $168 value of delivered tune-up visits, less membership payments made, capped at payments remaining in the initial term. Annual prepaid mid-year cancellation uses unused months less the standard value of visits delivered.
After the initial term
The club terms allow cancellation after 12 months with nothing owed. Read the complete membership terms and contact the office to arrange cancellation.
Approved projects
Your signed estimate and complete terms govern any project-specific obligations. Contact S&S before assuming that canceling an appointment also cancels an approved project.
