Effective September 18, 2026. Louisiana law governs this information, and the signed agreement and required cancellation notice control the transaction.

Call S&S as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Ask the office about the terms applicable to your appointment or approved project; this page does not create a new cancellation fee.
Louisiana home-solicitation cancellation right
For a qualifying Louisiana home-solicitation sale, a buyer generally may cancel by written notice before midnight of the third business day after signing. The notice should be delivered or sent to the seller address stated in the agreement. Louisiana law includes an emergency exception when the buyer requests immediate work and other statutory conditions are met. Use the exact notice method and destination in the signed cancellation notice. The current general Terms and Conditions require written notice delivered in person or to the parties at their respective addresses. Payments after a qualifying cancellation
Louisiana law addresses return of payments within 10 days after cancellation and may permit a limited cancellation fee in specified circumstances. Review the signed cancellation notice and agreement rather than assuming every payment is automatically or fully refundable.
Comfort Priority Club
Monthly memberships have a 12-month initial term. Early-cancellation settlement is $168 per completed seasonal plan visit less membership payments made, with a $0 minimum and a cap equal to unpaid payments remaining in that term. Annual prepaid refunds use the amount actually paid for the current membership year less $168 per completed seasonal plan visit, with a $0 minimum and no additional amount owed. One seasonal plan visit covers all included systems; do not multiply the visit count by system count.
Canceling Club coverage
After the monthly initial 12 months, there is no early-cancellation settlement; separately authorized work remains separate. Annual prepaid refunds follow the same formula in later membership years. To cancel, email Operations@sandshvac.net or call 337-287-2132 with your name, covered address and requested cancellation date. Contact us before the next renewal charge to stop that renewal. Approved projects
Your signed estimate, cancellation notice and complete terms govern project-specific obligations. Contact S&S before assuming that canceling an appointment also cancels an approved project.
