$59 one-time combined heating and cooling tune-up for one residential system: 29 heating and 36 cooling checkpoints, subject to equipment, operating conditions and safe access. Request the $59 one-time visit; our office confirms availability, scope, price and payment arrangements. Repairs, parts, materials, refrigerant, filters not supplied at the property, additional systems and added access are separate. This one-time service does not enroll you in Club membership or include membership incentives.

Standard repair-visit pricing
Standard diagnostic: $160 for up to one hour onsite.
Price verified September 15, 2026. There is no additional travel fee anywhere we serve. The standard diagnostic is waived when S&S performs the approved repair for a Comfort Priority Club member; a no-repair visit still pays the diagnostic. Club benefits do not discount or waive after-hours dispatch or diagnostic fees or overtime premiums. Any repair is quoted separately before work proceeds.
