Effective September 18, 2026. These website terms are governed by Louisiana law. The signed customer agreement controls any project-specific dispute process; the current general Terms and Conditions include a binding-arbitration provision. This website summary does not replace or modify that provision.
Louisiana home-solicitation notice
For a qualifying Louisiana home-solicitation sale, the signed agreement and required notice describe the buyer’s right to cancel by written notice before midnight of the third business day after signing, subject to statutory exceptions. Louisiana law addresses return of payments within 10 days and may permit a limited cancellation fee in specified circumstances. Use the exact notice method and destination in the signed cancellation notice. The current general Terms and Conditions require written notice delivered in person or to the parties at their respective addresses. Warranty information
The workmanship page reproduces warranty provisions from version 2.0, effective July 29, 2026. Manufacturer warranties are separate. Request the complete terms from S&S before approving work if you need a copy.
