Effective date and scope
Effective September 18, 2026. This notice describes the current S&S website and is governed by applicable Louisiana and federal law; it does not replace a transaction-specific agreement or an outside service’s privacy terms.
What this website collects
The first-party contact, calculator, membership, coverage, commercial, builder, and career forms send the fields you submit to a server-side S&S intake. The intake validates the request and creates a labeled Housecall Pro lead. An optional career résumé is routed only through the configured private Operations notification path and is not stored in the public website. The ZIP lookup and resource search otherwise run in your browser.
Form security and retention
The intake uses origin checks, field validation, a hidden anti-spam field, request-size limits, rate limiting, duplicate suppression, HTTPS-only delivery and server-only credentials. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, identity-document images or medical information. Housecall Pro and the configured Operations notification service retain submitted information under S&S business-record practices and their applicable terms.
Optional website analytics
After you choose Accept analytics, S&S uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and coarse actions such as phone, booking, financing and calculator-result clicks. Analytics does not receive form values, calculator inputs or outputs, names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, ZIP entries, résumé files or credit information from this integration. Event-level Analytics data is retained for two months under the current property setting.
Your analytics choice
Analytics does not load until you accept. You may decline or later change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics events from this website and removes Analytics cookies available to the site. Browser settings or outside services may affect deletion.
Maps and outside services
Embedded Google Maps content connects your browser to Google separately from this analytics choice. Telephone and email links use your device’s applications. The Housecall Pro booking control may connect the browser to Housecall Pro when it loads or is used; Housecall Pro applies its own privacy and cookie practices. Facebook, Google and lender destinations apply their own privacy terms.
Information you send to S&S
S&S uses submitted contact and project information to evaluate and respond to the request. Submission does not confirm an appointment, membership, employment, financing or project. For privacy questions, contact operations@sandshvac.net.
Website delivery
Our hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and secure the website. S&S does not load an advertising pixel or use this Analytics release for advertising personalization.
