Gas-specific work is not applicable to electric equipment. Heat-exchanger, burner, venting, and related photos depend on the equipment and safe access.

Do the two seasonal checklists combine into one visit?

Yes. The $59 visit covers both the 29-point heating-safety inspection and the 36-point cooling-readiness inspection for one residential system. Items that do not apply to the installed equipment, cannot be reached safely, or require operating conditions that are not present will be documented accordingly.

Are repairs included?

No. The tune-up documents findings. Any repair, part, refrigerant, or additional work is quoted separately and requires your approval.

Do I pay when I book?

No payment is required in the online booking flow. The $59 service total applies to the promotional one-system tune-up, subject to the scope and exclusions stated on this page.

When does the offer end?

The $59 visit must be booked by October 31, 2026. Appointment openings and address eligibility remain subject to the live booking calendar.

What if my system is not heating or cooling now?
