HVAC installation in Evangeline, LA

S&S replaced the entire HVAC system in my house last week. They were honest, communicative, and ON TIME. Nobody enjoys replacing their system in general, but the experience with S&S was quite refreshing, especially compared to the other more well known companies in town.

Had the best experience with these guys. Our ac went out yesterday evening and thought we had to go stay somewhere for a few days until it got fixed. But i was wrong. S & S HVAC came out within hours with a newer unit and replaced it within a few hours. I 100% recommend these guys they have the best customer service and same day service night or day!

Our air conditioner unit stopped working on a Sunday evening during a holiday weekend, they still came out quickly and got everything taken care of! They are honest, professional, responsive and truly care! Its hard to find companies willing to go above & beyond!

Many thanks to S&S for their quick response and repair of our central AC unit. The replacement was done quickly and professionally. He explained what was going on throughout the process and also took the time to let us know what to watch for moving forward to help keep our AC running properly. They were very reasonably priced, and with the cost of everything these days, you want someone who truly has your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend giving them a shot. They will definitely be the company I use moving forward.

From the first phone call I was impressed with the friendly customer service and clear up front pricing and availability. Scheduled an appointment for 2 days later for preventative maintenance and the tech showed up on time and even though my phone was not working and I couldn't confirm his 7am arrival he still showed up and completed everything and explained and answered all my questions. Very polite and neat. Cleaned and serviced my ac inside and out and has it running more efficiently now.

Yall when I say Gary did not disappoint, we have been having issues with our AC, we finally got to point where ac went completely out- so 2 days no air in 80 degree temperatures, and when I say he came in and got the job done in no time! QUICKEST fix I've experienced, very professional!

Called S&S HVAC AT 8am had a Tech here around 9am. Gary was very polite and knowledgeable, went right to work checking my A/C. Oh, by the way it was raining lightly, Gary didn't mind, he said as long as there wasn't any lightning. Went in the Attic to check main A/C and then went to outside to condensor and found problem, bad capacitor. Put new part and checked entire system and check all vents for temp.
